Scope of Work:
By-pass: Design and construct by-pass system to auxiliary tank for continual operation while work was being completed
Interior: Two coat system: Sandblast large aeration tanks and dual chambered equalization tanks to spec, seal with Tnemec (Series 61) and spay 100% solid liner (Tnemec (G435 Perma glaze)
Exterior: Three coat System: Sandblast to spec, Sand blast to spec, Seal with Tnemec (91-H20 Hydro-zinc), intermediate coat Tnemec (series N69) and topcoat with Tnemec (Series 1095)
Handrails: Fabricate, prime/paint and install handrails and crossings for entire facility
Mechanicals: Coordinate installation of new Muffin Monster/Grinders and control panels at Equalization Tank and Pump Station

Sand Blast existing coal tar epoxy on four concrete aeration basins.
Repair concrete as needed
Seal basins (Macropoxy 5000) and coat with high solid epoxy liner (Sherglass)
Fabricate and repair handrail, hand tool, prime and topcoat in safety yellow
Prepare walkways, seal and apply ResuGrip 150
